How do I change my billing information?
To change your accounts billing information, please login into the Client Area by clicking here and update your billing information.
Please note that invoices once raised cannot be edited to have different billing information. Please update your billing information before a bill will be raised. At the latest, pay a proforma invoice only after you edit your billing information and raise a billing ticket to cancel the old proforma invoice and raise a new proforma invoice with the new billing information. Once a bill has been paid and processed, the billing information cannot be changed.
